1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not store official criminal records and cannot retrieve records, perform official checks, or file documents for a user.

Its content identifies custodians of Morgan County records, including the sheriff, jailer, Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police Criminal Identification and Records Branch, Administrative Office of the Courts, and Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect users with outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use the website in violation of federal, Kentucky, or local law
• Harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten a person with information found here
• Use content for a credit, employment, housing, lending, or insurance decision
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information from the website or a linked tool may not be used to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone. Kentucky law places specific limits on use of Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry data. KRS 17.580 authorizes public access but does not permit harassment, vigilantism, or unlawful discrimination against a listed person.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides a service intended to screen applicants, evaluate rental applications, set insurance rates, or judge creditworthiness. Data from the website or a linked tool may not be used to:

• Set insurance premiums or assess creditworthiness
• Make a hiring or firing decision
• Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
• Decide eligibility for a permit, license, or government program
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose
